Who is responsible/How can I report a pothole?
The area of Route 12 falls under the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) jurisdiction. We have reported all concerns to them as we receive the information from our residents regarding pot holes. Residents can call 847-705-4612 to report pothole damage.

How do I obtain records?

How do I make a suggestion?
Contact the Village of Lake Zurich with any suggestions or concerns through the Feedback Form located on Home Page left side or use search field. Call Village Hall at (847)438-5141.

Can I burn leaves in the Village of Lake Zurich?
No. Open burning is not allowed in the Village of Lake Zurich. The Village contracts with Waste Management for leaf/brush pickup in the Spring and Fall annually.
