1. What is Curfew?

Applies to those under 18 years of age -

720 ILCS 555 - Child Curfew Act -
Saturday and Sunday 12:01 a.m. to 6:00 a.m.; Monday through Friday 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

Public Act 95-310 - Drivers License (625 ILCS 5/6-110)
Drivers under 18 years of age:
11:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday to 6:00 a.m. Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Sunday through Thursday.

2. What are overnight parking restrictions?

Parking on Village street is prohibited from 2:00 am - 5:00 am.

3. How do I obtain a copy of a police report?

2-3 days after an incident, a copy of a report may be obtained by calling Records at (847) 540-3251. A Freedom of Information form (FOIA) or subpoena may be required. There is no cost for a report under 50 pages. Traffic Crash Reports are $5.00.

4. Where can I pay a parking ticket?
