In Case of Emergency - ICE
The Lake Zurich Police and Fire Departments want to make everyone aware of a new program to help police and fire personnel by providing vital information on cell phones. In Case of Emergency (ICE) numbers on your cell phone assist emergency services personnel in contacting family members or friends on your behalf. Cell phone users can easily create entries such as "ICE-Mom" or "ICE-Katie" to let emergency workers know quickly who to contact if they are unable to communicate. Pamphlets with additional information may be picked up at the Barn in Paulus Park, 200 S. Rand Road, Buffalo Creek Park, 675 Old Mill Grove Road or the Lake Zurich Police Department at 200 Mohawk Trail.
